In this Zoom-Call I talk to Anthony de Haas, Director of Product Developement, about the further developed version of the Lange 1 Time Zone. After 15 years the A. Lange & Söhne Lange 1 Time Zone has been slightly redesigned, an important feature has been added and technically improved. The ticking icon now is powered by a complete new developed movement, the A. Lange & Söhne in-house Calibre L141.1 with 72 hours of power reserve...
For our review I have been choosing the white gold version with the incredible beautiful, black dial. By the way... it is the first time that the Time Zone is available with a black dial ...

Very nice presentation Alexander! Just this week I visited the Lange Shop in Zurich and tried on the Odysseus with blue dial. It actually wears batter that I thought it would. I also had the chance to try on a Datograph Perpetual with gray/diver dial. A truly humbling moment.
This must have been a magic moment for you. I am happy to read that you experienced what I wrote in my comments... You have to put the Odysseus on your wrist, let it unfold in its natural habitat. I understand A.Lange und Söhne now only sells watches in their own in-house boutiques? It may be a good decision - at least they can be absolutely sure their customers are treated decently.
Jay, not all watches are sold through the A. Lange & Söhne network yet, but the amount of boutiques is increasing ... 😉
