I have multiple school bags because I get board having only one. Switching bags makes me clean out/organize my bag regularly. I have an Eddie Bauer backpack, a Kipling bag, a leather tote, and a big LandsEnd tote if I have a lot to carry.
I bought a an inexpensive backpack with a doctor bag opening after hurting my back a couple of years ago. I love the look of totes but the shoulder strain/uneven weight distribution was too much - especially being an ESS teacher and traveling from room to room and then my office, which is a portable on the edge of campus. I’ve tried very hard to lessen the weight of what I carry but even so, I find that my current backpack doesn’t have enough depth for my binders, laptop, charger and headphones...all things I need for the blended virtual and face-to-face learning my county adopted in response to Covid-19. This Jansport might be just what I need. I always get such inspiration from your posts. ❤️
I use a Land’s End backpack in leopard print for school. I saw a student with one and asked if I could look inside to see if it had a name and when I found out it was Lands End, I knew it would be great quality. I take it every day to work and have for almost a year. It looks great! I take as much as you do and even more and still have plenty of room.
When I taught elem... I used a tote. When I came to HS... everybody seemed to use a backpack. After trying out a couple, I got this exact backpack last year and I’m still using it. Love it! I don’t keep as many personal items in there. I use it for folders of work to be graded, lesson plan book, units I printed to look through and plan. It’s usually pretty heavy but by being in my back, it doesn’t get so heavy I hurt. My shoulder used to get so sore from heavy totes. Great video.
The pins are so so cute! That backpack really encapsulates your personality, I love it. I'm a Jansport super-fan, but I haven't had a reason to buy one in a while. (I've honestly been considering grad school halfway because I miss needing school supplies so much!)
I love my Vera Bradley bag but I'm about to put it to the side. I'm a resource (special Ed) teacher and I travel to two building so I need to change into another bag. The teacher manuals don't fit in there. 😏 A l so, this year I decided to also carry a backpack for my personal stuff/planners. We just started school on Wednesday and I've been using my Tommy Hilfiger (bought at Marshall's/TJ Maxx) black backpack I bought to travel in Europe. Now you have me considering a Jan'sport 😬 I want to keep this black one just for traveling.
I got this backpack for myself to carry to work, and I love it very much! I carry my budget planner, regular planner, work pouch that has my keys, flash drives, etc., my current book, lunch box, and a notebook.
I also have a Jansport backpack. I bought it on clearance years ago and although it has gotten dirty, I still love it. It is a light blue color. This year, my goal is to make my backpack less heavy but I have other bags too. One for my son's stuff like snacks and the other one is my purse which I should really condense into one small wristlet like what you do. But I can't seem to let go of my purse. It is like my security blanket...hehehe..
I got a jansport for my freshman year of high school but the only thing about mine is I got one that was two small so I might get the cool backpack. I have the city view jansport in muted green and this is my 2nd jansport
I’ve been using the x-large whipping post tote that they sadly stopped making. It is the BEST!!! I love the idea of a backpack but they don’t look good on me.
This year my tote is the bag I got from the AR Family and Consumer Sciences summer conference.so far it’s holding up.. I take my life planner and teacher planner with me everyday, papers to grade and my lunch. It also Has the side web pockets that I use for my drink tumbler.Bit it’s starting to hurt my back so I may switch to the jansport back pack and safe the tote for FCCLA trips
Well because of you actually i use a Jans Sport backpack as well. I am a telecommunicator for a police department and work 12 hour shifts so i take a lot of stuff with me.
I’m kind of looking for a new carry on back pack for travel. This looks like it might work nicely. I carry my Lug Carousel to work along with my lunch bag. I don’t carry a lot back and forth but I keep a lot of personal things in my desk at work.
I love the the pink notebook you keep passwords in. What is it and name brand? BTW I saw your backpack on another video before school started. Bought it and LOVE it!
Can you link the video where you show how you set up your notebook as a checkbook? I really want to use a larger one and have those from Erin Condren. Thank you! @thegoldproject
What do you carry as your work bag?
I am obsessed with backpacks. I say life is too short not to have fun bags. Even if you switch out your bag a lot it’s ok I think.
Thanks for convincing me to buy this bag for my new job 😃

I carry a Vera Bradley backpack and love it! Also, have you thought about putting all of the small notebooks in the EC on-the-go folio?

Love this as a teacher bag,. Perfect with the different compartments. You chose a unique color combo, too. Thanks for sharing.

Loved the video!! Thanks
I carry a wine colored leather tote bag. My planner, laptop, and several small bags/pouches fit perfectly in it. Carried it last year, as well.
I’ve been using the x-large whipping post tote that they sadly stopped making. It is the BEST!!! I love the idea of a backpack but they don’t look good on me.
This year, I carry the same backpack. I love it!

Don't you just love the Lug Carousel. I have it and love it.
I’m forever changing up my bags it depends on the day and what I take. At the moment I use a bag I made

I have a video linked with all of the password information. :) So glad you love your backpack too.
How funny - I carry EXACTLY those ECs in my daily backpack too!!! I have a Northface “Surge”.
I use a purse from Shopko for my work purse and a $12 lunch bag from Walmart. I have learned I don’t need a big bag.
I am new here so glad I came across your channel
So glad you found me too. Welcome to our community.

I never heard of charcoal used for gluten intolerance.
I heard about it in the gluten free Facebook group.
The charcoal you said you use if you have gluten.....im gluten free also what does that do....or help.
It helps absorb all of the bad stuff quickly. I use them if my stomach hurts after eating too. Just don’t take when you take other meds.
