- THE PLOT THICKENS
Many Americans looked ahead to Election Day on November 3 as a potential solution to our current state of uncertainty. Much to their disappointment, everything seems more unstable than ever. Although it might be difficult to see the big picture now, three planets ending their retrograde periods indicate forward movement that's been elusive for months. Mercury turns direct on November 3, Mars on November 13, and Neptune on November 28, adding their momentum to Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, and Pluto, making seven out of eight planets in direct motion. Nevertheless, change will not come quickly; there are still a few major planetary hoops we must jump through before 2020 is done with us.
One of the major issues of 2020 concerns our lack of perspective. Small issues grow until they are critical as expansive Jupiter joins up with evolutionary Pluto three times, each occurrence corresponding with a significant increase in viral mortalities. Jupiter and Pluto conjoined on April 4 and June 29. Their third and final rendezvous on November 12 is a potentially explosive alignment, bringing hidden facts out into the open. Its proximity to the Mars station on November 13 sets the stage for unexpressed anger to find its way out into the open. Thankfully, the Scorpio New Moon on November 13 forms cooperative sextiles to the Capricorn cluster of heavyweight planets, enabling us to move the energy in a constructive manner. But there are still trouble spots while Venus squares Pluto, Jupiter, and Saturn in Capricorn on November 15-19.
The Sun's shift into inspirational Sagittarius on November 21 can open the doors of opportunity while Venus enters Scorpio, intensifying our desires and strengthening our passions. Practicing emotional restraint allows us to stay focused on our long-term goals. We are given the chance to explore our dreams when Mercury trines Neptune on November 23. Healing old family issues through forgiveness is possible on Thanksgiving Day when the Sun forms a smooth trine to healing Chiron. November ends with a Gemini Full Moon Eclipse on November 30 that may require us to let go of an old habit, belief, or relationship that is no longer positively influencing our lives. Rational Mercury's sextile to karmic Saturn encourages us to speak our truth while our thoughts are clear and our intentions are honorable.
The wide gap between people's extreme perspectives is not likely to narrow. It's more important than ever to consciously avoid exacerbating existing tensions or creating new ones. Consciously responding to our external world is healthier than unconsciously reacting. The intensity of these times will begin to fade into the past as early as next January. In the meantime, keep one eye on the present moment and the other eye on the distant goal.

Would you ever consider having a separate channel where we can have open discussions about the implications of topics you don't cover on your astrology channel? I have a gut feeling you'd be an amazing perspective on topics such as indigenous history and related things in the appropriate avenue. It would be a healthy funnel to allow for the heated discussion you do not allow on this channel in respect to all your viewers, and it would allow your channel to remain strictly about astrology. It makes me think about, as above so below, as within so without, micro and macro, active and receptive, ying and yang. All are illusions of the one thought of the creator which allow us to color and flavor our reality into the beauty it should be, regardless if it's an illusion. So true about the energy the end of this month. I’m posting this comment nov 30th and the deep dives into the underworld while tethered to the light have been profound. My Scorpio stellium has gifted me such insight and wisdom about releasing deep conditioning and karmic patterns. This eclipse will be a high tide that wipes the debris off our shores! I’ve always felt that having gone into the underworld during Scorpio season, as we emerge into Sagittarius season it’s the ‘ok, so now I KNOW’.
Knowing is hugely important to Sag, just as it is to Scorpio. Pluto says to us ‘so you really wanna know, I can show you, it won’t be easy though’. I feel as we move out of that, Jupiter takes our hand and says, ‘hey you did it buddy, let’s go do some shots & eat pizza’. I love the energy of the build up to Christmas season, very Jupiterian & then along comes Capricorn & Saturn, have we been good this year? Will you get what you asked Santa for? Maybe, but here’s your whole family coming together to bring you back down to Earth with questions like ‘you’re not still wasting time on Astrology are you?’ I jest of course.
But the line ‘2 riders were approaching & the wind began to howl’ makes me think of Jupiter & Saturn coming to wrap up the year, we ride along & enjoy Jupiter’s company for a while & then Saturn takes us home, like the ghost of Christmas future, mend our ways, fix what’s broken while there’s still time. I am always in an awe whenever I hear your talks. 'Cause you say what is on my mind! I am Japanese and practice astrology. I wrote this month's forecast as "this will be the month where we find how deeply we are divided world wide regardless of which side of the political party wins in this US election and some of us will find there is a third party called, the new future." (It's all in Japanese so I am not introducing you my site)So when I heard your comment at the end, I was like, yaaaaaay, Rick Levine!!
I don't know what these 60 comments said, but I agree with you 200%. It is astrological and also the reality. Clear example of what's above so below. It's just not everyone has good eye sights or same amount of training of mind or astrology. (I am triple Aquarian including Saturn and Gemini rising. I take things a bit from non-emotional side, I guess.)
Anyway, I had met Dogon people of West Africa in the 90's and being told about their origin and story of Sirius. I discovered in recent years that what these people told me was scientifically proven to be true. (I dance African Dance and I learned their dance also). I have been talking about Hopi Nation's prophecy for the longest time... but not too many people could get it or feel it. And here we are at 2020 junction. It is so nice to hear your thoughts and precious knowledge that you abundantly share with us. Thank you so much. You ease my loneliness and give me courage to move forward. I am completely fascinated by the Mercury opposite Uranus aspect. Over the past few months, and will be in it for at least a year, I have had Uranus in Taurus squaring my Aquarius Moon and opposing my Lilith Scorpio. Having Mercury in play to all of this has been transformative and awakening to say the least.

@@RickLevine I also love The Wind Cries "Mary". To me, it symbolizes the Yin energy that is engulfing our solar system, perhaps even the galaxy. I have been mesmerized by Mr. Jimi for many moons, and I am from the decade past his. The first Jupiter Pluto conjunction hit me personally by removing my son from school and schooling him in virtual school (Covid scare). The second one (Rx), hit me with an expense. Both of these were fear-based initiations. Fear seems to be the only link between the first two. Whatever this week brings will scare me and move me into a particular direction for sure. Pluto is Fear and Jupiter expands that. That's my personal experience with this conjunction.
I hope you can find comfort from Fear I am a person with Sun in Scorpio and Mars I feel the Plutonium energy is intense however it is the energy of Birth and Rebirth which is an intensity that brings elation after the birth of say a baby... We are all Free to be human as well as experience the entire spectrum of the current energies. Not to be trite but I'm remembering that saying

On the 21 my second Saturn return is perfecting again. Jupiter and Saturn are conjunct in my natal chart, the sun is conjunct with Chiron in Pisces in the 6th house and Pluto in is my 12th house Virgo. I have been through the ringer so to speak for the last few months. On the 21st the moon is also waxing crescent as it was on my birth day. Your forecasts have been helping me so much as I do the inner work needed to transmute and transcend. THank you

Thank you so much, Rick, for your monthly reports, they are such a great resource and inspiration! 🙏🙏 I have Mercury opposite Uranus in my natal chart and I have Uranus on 9° Scorpio so I am having my exact Uranus opposition these times... This passing over in retrograde I suddenly felt my sciatic nerve, suddenly of course, for the first time, which then turned to a blocked lower back, which turned to a week on the couch, wich turned to a strong and very happy break through and liberation. 😜 I love Uranus! Excellent podcast Rick Levine. Happy you waited a few days longer to put out your monthly review. Scorpio energy is prominent in my natal chart. Moon 0*, Neptune 4*, ASC 7*, Ceres 15*, and Jupiter 23*. November crosses all these points and I have been feeling the intensity of it for quite a while. My 8th hse Gem sun is also conjunct with the T North Node in Gemini.

I hope History is OK ☺️ President Lincoln is who made Thanksgiving a National Holiday and chose the permanent date, 4th Thursday of November.He created the Federal Holiday right after the end of the Civil War so that Americans would have day to give thanks. Nice to hear about the astrological influence too.

Other than Christmas, it is one of the nicest holidays we have which should be more than just small family gatherings but also an opportunity for our extended human family to share goodwill and a pleasant day with each other. Remind us all that we are all part of the human family. :)
@@CarrieLuikens It's a wonderful holiday as long as we remember that the Native Americans who shared the original feast celebrate this day as the "Day of Mourning." The colonialists exterminated most of the local tribes. And took many of them into slavery.

Perfect too. I'm still processing what you said about the nodes, and also Mercury trining Neptune. It kinda looks like that people must let go of 'old beliefs', since they are completely out-dated. I'm still not sure, if Neptune doesn't try to convince Mercury to tell even deeper lies? .... after all Jupiter (traditional ruler of Pisces) is still debilitated Capricorn.
Also interesting is the quincunx between Mercury and the Moon on Full-Moon-Day.
What I am seeing is that people are sick and tired of this harsh Capricorn stellium.
It must give way, with all this trying to hold onto the old structures that are full of sorcery and telling lies, let alone its usury and the shameful harvesting of human life force energy, basically humans turned into slaves for as long we can think back.
This Master vs. Slaves ruler-ship must sink, if we as a human species by the many, many individuals ever are able to live their own life through freedom of choice while sharing their true and undiluted talents and genius with the collective without being robbed of it, or made mum.

@@Ya_Love Thanks for your thoughtful post... but I don't see a quincunx between the Moon and Mercury on the November 30 Full Moon Eclipse. The Moon at 8Gemini32 is 169 degrees from Mercury at 27Scorpio46. Perhaps you meant Moon to Venus at 10Scorpio57, which is a quincunx with a 2.25 degree orb. However, I would view this as a triseptile (just under a 2 degree orb) rather than a quincunx, especially since Venus is also triseptile Mars with a 1.75 degree orb (with the Moon-Mars septile .25 degrees orb).
I think that that the extreme polarities globally have emerged now so that we can address them, no more sweeping things under the carpet. "Let all the poisons that lurk in the mud, hatch out", you can't heal something you refuse to see or acknowledge. Trying times, but we can heal these divides by acknowledging them, understanding them, we've got to shake hands with all of our devils now.
