We all stopped going to the theatre because of all the unnecessary swearing and blasphemy. It seems as if they do not appreciate that the audience is mostly middle aged and not woke enough to appreciate the unnecessary 'filth'. It's a real shame as so many of our church group used to enjoy a night out at the theatre too.
Common sense. Trigger warnings are the most stupid thing ever invented. They assume nobody reads about a theatre production before chosing to spend a lot of money going to see it. They assume that a person, if really, really triggered cannot get up and walk out. In short they assume total incompetence.

I was a huge fan of 'A Fine Romance' with her late husband Michael Williams; a lovely slow quiet soft comedy program one could watch on a cold dark winter's evening. There used to be a few of those last century. Whatever happened to quiet comedy? Surely that can't be too offensive to make today?
