Operations against ADF rebels - Major Dick Olum commends UPDF for killing 17 in Ntoroko

The Mountain division commander of the UPDF and commander operation Shuja Major General Dick Olum have commended the UPDF for having killed the suspected ADF rebels before causing any harm on to the civilian population in Ntoroko district.
On Tuesday this week about 30-40 suspected ADF rebels enganged in a fight with UPDF in Ntoroko district where 17 were killed and 13 captured alive.
Although a number of civilian populations was displaced, but the situation has been brought to control and calm has returned.
Major General Dick made the remarks in a interview to UBC as he gave an overall update in the fights between UPDF and suspected ADF rebels in Ntoroko.
