I think Yungblud's higher register goes really well with MGK's singing register and they just pack a punch when they sing together. I am really excited to hear their other songs together too. (The british comments reminded me of mgk saying they took forever to record the chorus of I Think I'm Okay becuase they couldn't get Yungblud to pronounce his 'th's and he kept saying 'fink').
I’m not gonna lie, I was expecting more from the deluxe. Body bag is ok, Hangover Cure and Can’t Look Back are pretty good. The only one that I thought was as good as the rest of the album is Split A Pill.
The “Yung Bert Machine” boys is a really good song, it’s the only bad thing is that I barely hear MGK, and most of the song is Yungblud?? Oh, and about Bert McCracken... well he’s not British, he’s born in Utah. Wait a minute, maybe he’s in Idaho? Oops! 🙄🤣
