S23 ultra and s24 ultra is a near identical phone. If you didn't like the s23, you won't like the 24. You might need to use it for a while to get used to it.
S24Ultra was a downgrad as compared to. S23Ultra in terms of camera. More this time they choose flat screen which i hate cz there is different charm of using curved screen.so i would strictly suggest you to not waste money on s24U
