Please take note that the estimate will always depends on location,materials and soil condition. But it is a good starting point on your budget. Please take note that this is just an rough estimate only. It is base on my other project that I have. Hi there iam starting getting really interested into building a house in the phillipines , iv seen your comment telling this would cost 800,000 phillipines pesos, but when i look on the internet to buy lands in the phillipines, its at least 2 million pesos, are those sites like scam ??? 3 times the price of the house for a land... It doesnt make sense...
Hello Sir Seb! Yes, your correct about the 800k Php basic minimum construction cost that I post 7 months ago with standard finishing of the house only. I also posted that it would always depends on the finishing materials, location, soil structure and condition of the site. Not including Permits and fee's for the Architect and other engineers. Today the materials and labor has significantly increased in the past several months because of the economy were dealing in the Philippines. Buying land in the Philippines would be always different. It depends on the type of area development, location and developer. I cannot comment on the land that you mentioned, because I don't have any idea on that matter. I suggest to consult a licensed Professional Architect so he can guide you thru the process of the design and construction. Thank you.

@@sebastien9107 Good day. I have talked to my engineer and contractor friends just to make sure about the current figure. As per Dec 2022 the house construction per sqm in the Philippines within Metro Manila and near provinces is 25,000 to 28000. Far provinces location will have smaller figure. Please take note this is just an estimate. It will always varies, depends on site location, soil structure and finishing materials. Thank you.
Omg it is crazy for real and how much would it cost for the toilet and drinking water to be ready, seriously the price is super interesting i am so happy of your response thank you for taking time. There is still the mega issue with the lands being WAY too much expensive , the house is 4-5 times cheaper than here, but the lands are the same price, going to live at the other side of the world, its not possible to invest as much in a field, iam sure those sites on the internet are making a lot of money with foreigners, it cant be the real prices it wouldnt make sense. Good day @kurtvictoria747. Thank you for your time watching my video. The estimate cost of this house as of Feb. 2024 is around 33k to 35k per sqm. Php 1.28 M to Php 1.4M Basic and Standard finish. Not icluded Architect,Engineers and all Permits Fees.Please take note that is an estimate only and varies depending on location,soil types and materials.More accurate estimation will be given by an Architect and Engineer base on the approved Drawings and Specification. This estimate is just a good starting point on your budget.
