    What I love is that he only tried to get rid of it four or five times then just accepted a pigeon on his head as part of his life now.

    The problem wasn't *in* his mind.
    It was just above it!
    If "other people" weren't happy but he was, his missus should've made up a bed for him in the avery.

      Pigeons don't do that, typically birds leave their marks where they found food earlier on to come back to the place.

    It’s not a pigeon it’s a rock dove. Pigeons are brown and grey. Note the colour around the neck. There are rock doves, barred doves, collar dove, turtle doves, ring neck,doves and wood pigeons. The one that are in game pie should be wood pigeon as they are more selective in what they eat.

    Why is the aspect ratio like this????

    • @shingitai5882
      @shingitai5882 11 месяцев назад

      This film is in the 4.3 ratio which is the one they used to make old television programs with in the past. They are showing it as it was filmed so that the picture doesn’t look strange by being stretched to fit the new ratio.

    • @s0nicfreak
      @s0nicfreak 11 месяцев назад +1

      @shingitai5882 But hey added blue bars, turning it into 9.16. I guess I know why - so that it's the correct ratio for a phone screen held vertical - but it makes it difficult to watch on anything but a phone screen held vertical. So my question is more, why would they do this instead of sharing the actual preserved video - which in 16.9 would show black bars on the sides (as this video does anyway) instead of being stretched.

    • @shingitai5882
      @shingitai5882 11 месяцев назад

      @@s0nicfreakYou maybe right that they may have converted it so it’s easier to watch on a phone, but I suspect that it might have something to do with changing it from screen ratio to ratio obviously if the content is wider you get horizontal bars and if the content is higher you get vertical bars so maybe they used three different ratio (4.3, 16.9, 21.9) to end up with the picture we see?

    • @s0nicfreak
      @s0nicfreak 11 месяцев назад +1

      @@shingitai5882 They shared it on facebook without the blue bars. (I was trying to share this video with my kids, who don't use facebook, but also don't watch videos on a phone.) And they have countless other videos on here that are 4.3 - I can choose to either view those in 4:3, or set it to fullscreen and view it with bars. But there is no choice with THIS video - unless I view in 9.16 there are HUGE black bars on the sides, blue vertical bars, and the actual content is miniscule. Now that I'm looking at the tags, I realize they added the blue bars so it could be on RUclips Shorts (which are meant to be viewed on a phone). They do this with all their Shorts, apparently. I did find this video (without the stupid blue bars, but with black bars to make it 16.9) on their website, so I was able to share it with my kids... I just wish they would share the actual preserved video, and then leave it up to us to view it in the aspect ratio we choose; I don't think any modern software just stretches it, unless you purposefully set it that way (in which case it should be your prerogative to view it that way). There is no way to be sure what aspect ratio we'll be using in the future, so it should be put out there in the original aspect ratio instead of changed to the modern one; or else we WILL eventually get the problem of a video like this being the only available one because of multiple changes in ratio.
