An absolute bungalow delight at an unimaginable low price, nested atop the Mall Road
Nested in the laps of Himalayas the summer capital of British India 'Shimla', originally named as simla after the name of goddess kali (Shamla) in nearby Shimla kali bari.
Originally built in 1829 and then it saw many changes of hands and finally it rests in the hands of the central government (CPWD).
The best location to stay in Shimla,that too atop the hill from where one gets a clear view of the city below. One gets a 2 bed room for 300 INR & 4 bed room for 400 INR.
Pros:-Proximity to mall,Clear view of the entire town below.
Cons:Not accessible by car as cars are prohibited on the mall road by the Himachal Pradesh govt.

No there is no seperate arrangement for accomodation of drivers.You have to accomodate him youself.
