It resets on every purple tier skin you get. Got 2 skins in like 50 crates, both times it reset. It guarantees you get at least one top-tier skin for every 75 turn-ins, but also resets afterwards so the lucky guys don't get 2-3 in every 75 for random, kinda balancing mechanic.

I have got 1 purple (vector skin) on my 70th pull. I am almost at the 75 for a garenteed purp again... i have every single other reward. I drew 20 yesterday and got 20 boxes......

pretty sure that gigantic magnifying glass on the middle of the screen next to the weapon name tells you the odds of the lootbox. Either that or the button below "tactical armament"

No, I use the 75 too and reset the counter without gaining the qbz.
