The "Sopranos" part killed me. I was ROTFL 🤣🤣🤣
Great video... I think that $8 extra for that upper deck front seating is really worth the money...
Sadly in USA govt don't promote bus travel... so we're lagging behind many nations when it comes to high-quality bus service that one can find in many other parts of the world... in Asia, in Indian and China now they already operate 100% electric luxury bus service for long haul routes and those coaches can travel 100s of kilometers on a single charge... and most are better than even domestic and some international business class products offered by many airlines...
Unintentionally, this is a time capsule of the early stages of the smoke disaster in NYC.
I like traveling by Megabus , last year I visited Philly and loved, I hope to go once again is impossible to visit the whole attractions just in one weekend
Megabus just Em'd me a questionnaire asking why I don't use them anymore. (Used to take them regularly to DC.) Boy, did I give them an earful! I started with what a pain it is to board at W34th Street on that lengthy, slanting downhill block where the Megabus people often march you halfway down the block to where your bus is actually parked. From there I went onto the highway noise, cramped seats...and that toilet seat over a sloshing tank of septic water once you're on the road. Told them if I book Amtrak early enough I can get a ticket for the same or even less Megabus charges - and even if I have to pay extra it's worth it for a way MUCH more pleasant trip!
Yeah my biggest beef with them now is they cut their schedules and locations (I used to take Megabus at least a couple times a year from Buffalo, NY to Philadelphia, PA prior to that pandemic stuff)

UPDATE: due to traffic caused by the curbside operation at market street, the 6th and Market stop has moved to 2nd Street and Spring Garden

There was a problem with the audio. Features were not well presented.
The Sopranos clip made this entire video worthwhile. Otherwise, the repetitively disonant jazzy muzak leaves a lot to be desired. I do like your reviews of the amenities on board.
Broken upper deck windshield. Dirty overhead. You should go use the rear stairs to go downstairs while the bus is in motion. The driver should have announced that at the start of the trip. That bus is filthy.
Yeah that windshield crack was a bit concerning! I also agree that the driver should have made an announcement about the stairs.

You should try the Chinatown buses. They’re even cheaper and fast af and there less people on them so you can have a seat to yourself
