Nice, I’ve drove to Jacksonville once, really wanted to fish it but unfortunately couldn’t. I live in Pensacola which is on the opposite side of Florida. Would love to drive there one day & kayak fish ! 👍🏽

Just subscribed to the site. Love the vids. I just started inshore fishing in Jax two weeks ago and boat out of Beach marine. Been searching RUclips for local content like this and yours is the best I’ve seen. Never fished artificials in my life but you’re making me want to give it a shot after seeing this!
Thanks man I appreciate the motivation!!!! I typically use artificial, I love competitive fishing and most tournaments require you to use artificial only. I also love the way it feels when a fish smashes an artificial it’s just different from the typical bait bite. And they are great for covering a lot of water in search for new spots. However I definitely still love live and dead bait fishing. Time and a place for both. When I want to relax or fishing for big fish or fish that don’t typically eat artificial I use real bait.
salty moon fishing If you’re taking requests would love to hear more about your tackle and technique that you’re using on these different trips outside of just the lure types. For newbies like me things like reel size, line weight, assessing fishing locations based on tides, the different retrieves you use for different lures and even where you’re trying to place lures when casting around docks and pilings would all be very beneficial. We caught a stud tarpon out of San Marco lake but we weren’t recording
