    I've been in robotic welding for 13 years I can tell you this right off hand. 1 the Robot on the left has too much of a stick out especially at the start of the welds also same robot the wire speed is too fast. Also the the torch clean cycle is too many welds out before going into ream cycle. But I'm nobody I'm sure others are gonna have their own opinion. But still cool to watch.

    There were some bad weld schedules on the left bot. It shouldn't be snapping like that.

      Rad Snaget noticed that too. like maybe part of the frame was loaded wrong in the job or the program had the welder too close to the steel getting the cup dirty.

      I'm guessing by schedules your talking about the steps in the program?
