Custom Dual Robotic Turn Table Weld Cell with Yaskawa AR-3120 Welding Robot
This robotic weld cell was custom designed for a customer in Chicago who required two 6' diameter turn tables to accommodate 4 different weld programs without changeover. Each side of the turn table can be programmed to a separate part allowing for 4 different pieces being finished in each table rotation.

I've been in robotic welding for 13 years I can tell you this right off hand. 1 the Robot on the left has too much of a stick out especially at the start of the welds also same robot the wire speed is too fast. Also the the torch clean cycle is too many welds out before going into ream cycle. But I'm nobody I'm sure others are gonna have their own opinion. But still cool to watch.

Hire a new programmer
There were some bad weld schedules on the left bot. It shouldn't be snapping like that.
Rad Snaget noticed that too. like maybe part of the frame was loaded wrong in the job or the program had the welder too close to the steel getting the cup dirty.
I'm guessing by schedules your talking about the steps in the program?
Can't stop watching it...
