The chemicals which r using for hair straightening r more harder than the chemicals of smoothening one so the side effects which u are telling for both should be the side effects of these two different different things. splitends can be removed , its a mith , whenever you have splitends , put oil at the end of your hair every night, within a week you can see, that split ends have reduced significantly, don't chop it, until n unless it's at a very bad state secondly and also luckily i didnt Face any type of chronic hairfall. infact my hairfall reduced after the treatment. One with frizzy hair should go for it, it really changes your look in a better way nad also you hair become more manageable
