Those feed belts always take me back to matrix
Idk why Revolutions wasnt liked as much, that had one of the coolest war scenes in a while. Also terrifying.
@@projectdelta50It was pretty cool, but the mech sequence from District 9 was cooler still, and at least slightly more relatable.

There are always poor jealous people like you complaining about the cost of every weapon. Get a job

@@nader18 Here we go. I grew up with free health insurance. I had kidney failure twice. Once flew out in a plane cause of it. Through the 26years of my life. Jobs and all i have never once paid for my insurance. Idk if your not American or just a child in America that doesn't know because they listen to BS. But to put it straight here in the US those that live under the poverty threshold if apply for the it will get 100% free healthcare. Lets not forget the insurance that many jobs/corporations give which they will assist paying if everything isn't covered by the insurance they endorse. So unless your making so much money others wish, the odds are you have free insurance or insurance that will cover those bills fully/partially with hopefully having your job covering the remainder if necessary. But I mean your welcome to think what you wish but I tell you this cause it is fact, well cause i lived through it.
So how to get under poverty threshold?
Its hard to keep my marlin model 60 running. Look how complicated this thing is.
America can't afford any of this with tax payers dollars, do you believing this shit,America only has 300+million population the tax from this population only enough for public official salary and other silly government related developments, 1trillion dollar for military budget for a year comon man, America just printing dollars for their need that's it 😂

just because it CAN, doesn't mean it WILL. pilots are trained to fire in short precise bursts, not to spray and pray like it's a video game.
Definition of switching to the secondary weapon is faster than reloading
They took "shut up and take my money" way too seriously. I did enjoy the sounds and visuals.
All that effort just to fire in 12 seconds
Looking at it from a different angle, it's quite efficient. An hour of reloading to undo ten hours of planning (or combined years of training, if you're lucky)
And it will never be fired anyway because they already blew up the target with a missile from BVR.

@@morgancaseythere is a reason why not even trained doctors aren’t really allowed to self diagnose.
And if you knew anything about adhd, you’d know “feeling hungry” isn’t a big thing for us, neither is regular drinking habits, as a teenager I almost shut my own kidneys down from not drinking and holding in my own piss because to me that stuff is boring so I have to force myself too.
Stop spreading misinformation. I’m sure most overweight people feel hungry a lot, that’s a consequence of self diagnosis.

Oh man this brings me back. Former USAF Weapons Loader on the F-16. Don't forget to set the rounds counter to 990 and On.
For that whole .5 seconds of fire usually they load 10,000 I'm the A10
Nah man I got mad cus they're using that fancy gun to load it up and not the big ass speedhandle I had to use to load that shit. Heard about that thing but we conveniently never got one at Spang.

@@seanpendleton1994 haha oh man.....AMMO dUhhh.. JK lol its been a long time since i heard that.
@@paulaxton72the A-10 carries nowhere near 10,000 rounds. I don’t think any US aircraft has carried 10,000 rounds outside of converted gunships like the AC-47, AC-119, and AC-130
5 minutes of their work then gone within a second
Back in the day fighters had 9 yards of rounds leading to the saying "giving the full 9!" or "the whole 9 yards" meaning giving everything you got.
I thought the 9 yard belt was more for ground soldiers cause it gave a good mix of capacity and manageable weight but when mounted on a plane it would usually be given a longer belt
@@Steamaroon Yes and no. At first they just took the same machine guns that ground units used and mounted them on planes as weight was an issue. They put them right in front of the pilot having to use one hand for flying and the other to shoot. Not much later planes had stronger engines and could carry more leading to guns with longer more reliable belts made specifically for planes to be used in air combat. In the beginning shit was just Jerry-rigged because the first combat planes weren't originally made for war. Lol "Jerry-rigged" is another saying to come from WW1. Brits call Germans Jerry or Jerries and Germany's stuff was often scrapped together because they were short on supplies.
@@Arraby42 huh never knew that and I say jerry rigged all the time in my job. Always thought the backstory of a lot of the saying we still use is usually hilarious
The phrase appears in print in its common usage in 1907. The first fighter plane flew in 1915. It's one of the origin stories for the phrase that got debunked. For two centuries before and after that though a common length for bolts of cloth was 9 yards, which is now the leading contender as the origin.
@@washellwash1802 was it really used as a saying meaning "giving it all you got" as far back as the 1700's? Or was it more about being honest and giving the full 9 yards of cloth not 8.9 yards? The phrase was also in football before WW1 but in WW1 it took on a different depth to the meaning because giving the full 9 was most likely in need of survival in a dogfight, a sorta give it all you got attitude because anything less will be fatal. It's actually really cool to see how time changes a simple phrase gaining definitions as it passes through society. Nice info, I appreciate it! Gives me the want to research even more so, following Alice down the rabbit hole. ✌️

It costs $40000 Dollars to fire this thing in a minute
More than that
I flew with the 20th SOS MACV/ SOG as a door gunner on a twin engine UH-1N Huey - the mini-gun, a GAU-2/B used a belt system only smaller - 7.62. It had two fire rates - 2000 & 4000 rpm. We were Air Force working with the Army's special forces jumping the fence into Cambodia and Laos which were neutral countries.
The military industrial complex is badass. Triple their budget
It costs four hundred thousand dollars to fire this weapon... for two seconds.
Maybe. I'm just quoting Heavy.
الانسان من شدة الخوف يصنع الاسلحة ليقتل انسان آخر لولا الخوف لما صنعت كل هذه الاسلحة تحيا الخوف
In War Thunder top tier aircraft barely get lucky to reload once or twice without being Fox 2d with a 500% booster
That’s partly because maps are so small, and air to air is the only viable thing to do most of the time.
What's even more amazing is how quickly the magazine's are emptied when the aircraft has to shoot at something.
As an F-15Ecrew chief I can tell you Weapons does not use a drill to load, least not where I’m stationed. Twice now in the last year they have snapped internal mechanism parts by using the speed handle for loading
Why the rush? Or was the mechanism sticky?
cant comment on F-15 but on supers we absoulutely do, but we have a torque adapter on it so if the mechanism binds up the drill clicks over preventing damage
As a former weapons troop I can confidently say that we were required to demonstrate our loading ability every month.
It costs 400 thousand dollars to fire this weapon for 12 seconds.....- heavy weapons guy.
The cost for a round or two of those rounds could probably feed a family. Money is always going the wrong direction in war. Looks badass and love our guys and girls...
Warfare hasn't really changed all that much in 1000 years. We merely find more elaborate ways to hurl projectiles at each other.
And from further and further away, and more accurately
And every part of that process is enhanced with computers
Maybe it changes a bit lol
Blue-tip: training, inert ammunition.
Y'know this is definitely one of those things that you never think about when you hear about how fast some guns can fire. Like, I figured they didn't reload by hand, but I never asked how it did get done
Whoever knew one video could contain so much freedom
There is a big difference between someone who makes an industry and someone who makes pacemakers, one saves a life, the other ends a life.
Jet reload asmr, never thought id hear that ever in my life
Imagine if the UN decided one day to ban every and all forms of Automatic weaponry and limit the ammo mags of any and all equipments to 30 rounds or not more than 2% of the weapon's total weight.
itd set back warfare to like, the 1800's :sob:
If you wondering why there are 2 channels in the actual feed belt, modern aircraft do not eject spent casings, they retain them inside, and the second channel in the loading device is to extract the empty casing, to be reused.
I legit got giddy watching this.
That is some serious intricate machinery you going on there
Cool to see, that’s what makes America great.
This is coolest and most expensive stuff I've seen in a while
Doc Oct's arms are put in some good use 😂
Not even going to lie this is too satisfying
The expression "Give the whole nine yards" for putting your all into a task originated in WW2 as several Allied fighter planes had ammunition feed belts 9 yards in length.
Assuming the low end of 500 rounds, a plane loaded with this feed belt would have about 2 yards leftover after following this advice.
At a load of 800 rounds, a fighter could give 9 yards almost twice over before needing to reload.
I swear the first scene looks like a FREAKN video game to me 😂😂😂
Thing of absolute beauty. Also, thank you all for your service.
This unboxing might be the best i've seen in my life
I love the bullet counter as each bullet is registered.
I didn't know I needed fighter jet ASMR, but here we are...
The opening scene looks like scene of a mission in COD..😂
About $138 per round, about $162,500 fully loaded in which it could theoretically dump in less than 30 seconds.
it's faster to switch to your "crash into the other jet mode" than reloading
Remember, switching to your side jet is faster than reloading.
Remember switching to your secondary is faster than reloading
That's the military asmr
Just the paper they used to keep the bullets dry/separated is probably more expensive than our lives 💀
That’s a whole lot of freedom bein loaded in that thang!
People complaining about the prep time. 😂 any time spent training or preparing to engage a threat is never time wasted.
The fact this isn't commercially available should put 95% of politicians in jail. Tools are a human right.

war thunder boys can make it in 10 seconds for us
900 billion dollar defense budget ASMR
According to war thunder they do that and put a new right wing and two engines on my plane in 30 seconds
God I hate carrying those ammo cans, just because I can carry heavy things doesn’t mean I want to
hard to believe there would be time for such intricacies in a battlefield situation;
You mean to tell me there's no tiny dude inside there loading in every shot super rapidly like a tank
I love seeing the design concepts which have gone into the development of this heavy feed belt. A tube composed of rigid segments that are individually linked together in such a way as to be flexible as a whole.
It's basically a steel human spine.
