I enjoyed this one Iain. Since I started listening to your "Flair" uploads, I've been racking my brains trying to think where I heard the name Iain MacIver before. I just glanced at the videos listed at the side of this page and there was my answer. One of your uploads from a few years ago: Iain MacIver singing "Fields of Athenry" George
I have just found these songs and they are throwing me back to my childhood on the Braighe. I was brought up with this music and had Flair on tape but have not seen it in years. Are they still available??? I love it. Thank you Uistman....Gina
Air faili li lo ro Air faili li lo Air faili li lo ro Air faili li lo Nach eisd thu ri ’m oran Nach tuig thu mo chradh Mar a rinn thu mo mhealladh O oigear ‘n fhuilt bhan O leannan nach cuimnich Thu Na h-uairean a bha Sinn sinte le cheile am fasgadh cnoc ard Thug mise ‘s do phogan ‘S do bhriathran mu ghaol Nach bu chianail mi ‘n drasda Cha d’ dh’fhuirich thu ri’m thaobh A bheil cuimhn’ agad na boidean A thug sin le cheil’ Gun againn mar fhianuis Ach reultan nan spur Gun gheall thu ‘n uairsin Cho fad ‘s bhiodh tu beo Nach fhagadh tu chaoidh mi ‘S on airgid neo or Cha b’e mo chuidsa do fhreasdal Bhith sona gu brath On a bhrisd thu mo chridhe Chuir thu t’ eile ‘nam ait’ Nis gabhaidh mi ‘n t-slighe Nam aonar an drasd’ Sios sraidean na cuimhne Gu ‘m bith tim ‘dhol an aird

Air faili li lo ro
Air faili li lo
Air faili li lo ro
Air faili li lo
Nach eisd thu ri ’m oran
Nach tuig thu mo chradh
Mar a rinn thu mo mhealladh
O oigear ‘n fhuilt bhan
O leannan nach cuimnich
Thu Na h-uairean a bha
Sinn sinte le cheile am fasgadh cnoc ard
Thug mise ‘s do phogan
‘S do bhriathran mu ghaol
Nach bu chianail mi ‘n drasda
Cha d’ dh’fhuirich thu ri’m thaobh
A bheil cuimhn’ agad na boidean
A thug sin le cheil’
Gun againn mar fhianuis
Ach reultan nan spur
Gun gheall thu ‘n uairsin
Cho fad ‘s bhiodh tu beo
Nach fhagadh tu chaoidh mi
‘S on airgid neo or
Cha b’e mo chuidsa do fhreasdal
Bhith sona gu brath
On a bhrisd thu mo chridhe
Chuir thu t’ eile ‘nam ait’
Nis gabhaidh mi ‘n t-slighe
Nam aonar an drasd’
Sios sraidean na cuimhne
Gu ‘m bith tim ‘dhol an aird
