Not sure why you are citing “women’s rights being taken away”. You live in a state where you have full rights over your body with regard to abortion - yes?

Make no mistake the incoming administration, under Project 2025, will be coming after non compliant states and the women who travel to those locations seeking assistance with their care. Your new government does not want different laws for different states. Rachel has read the tea leaves correctly since she is at high risk for complications. It’s her choice. Leave her alone.
It was given back to the states. If your state is affected by this then protest at your state capitol. Complain to them. You don't need the federal government to dictate your rights.

Womens rights arent being taken away in the US
They "just" die cause they dont get treatment after a miscarriage or problem with their pregnantsy !
