You are a good teacher, your videos helped me a lot during my exam preparation in all modules and I cleared my exam in November 2023.... Thank you my teacher 🎉
Currently, the patient is being managed with daily nebulisations. Previously, he had numerous hospitalisations with chest infections. He had a fall last week, after which he has been having problems with mobilisation. Subsequently, her health went downhill and she developed urinary retention and delirium. After discharge, Mrs Smith will be followed up in GP's surgery. During hospitalisation, he became more and more drowsy. On admission, the patient was not able to communicate her full history due to dyspnoea. Prior to the operation, she received antihypertensive medication. She was given thrombolytic therapy pending CTPA as clinical probability of a massive PE was quite high. Today, the patient will undergo swallowing assessment. The patient will undergo endoscopy in 4 days' time. Thus, her antiplatelets should be stopped 48 hours prior to the procedure. The boy was admitted to the ICU on 4th Feb with sepsis.
