I know Ty, and I know what he was going through. A lot. I will continue to support and help him in every way I can. He's a good kid, in a very bad situation.

It's sad that none of you took the time to listen to what TY had to say before you commented in a video. SAD!!!

Yes, incredibly sad to have prefaced the discussion with having not had the full context, wishing the young man well, calling attention to mental health issues in college athletics, recalling Sam Pittman’s past with similar situations, reminding that the other side of the story remains untold and engaging in a healthy conversation with our listeners while not casting blame anywhere. The outrage!

If you have a 12 year old child the story he told was nothing new…. Excuses and partial truths. He’s a child, we all know that… but when the checks come in that removed a lot of that “he’s just a child” response.

I can sense the tension building between these guys. Gonna end up regretting this journalistic collaboration…

No doubt. The three guys dressed up in Halloween costumes engaging in a healthy and unheated conversation about mental health in college athletics while furthering each other’s talking points was intense. You could cut the tension with a knife. Hopefully they each signed prenups before getting into this journalistic marriage.

I agree you didn’t see enough to even be talking about it your comments are irresponsible.

Serious question, what specifically did you feel like was said that was unfair? Felt like our general message was that folks should *not* be jumping to conclusions on these kinds of situations.
