I adjusted this recipe and omg!! They are amazing 1 scoop equip prime protein. 1- egg, 1/2 tsp of baking powder, cinnamon and vanilla. Mix and put in the waffle maker! AMAZING

I didn't have any whip cream, so I made a topping with some Full fat greek yogurt & chocolate protein powder & then topped that with just a few fresh raspberries. No longer zero carb, but good low carb. If you start with all the eggs at room temperature the melted butter or coconut oil will blend in better. Recipe made 2 big waffles. One waffle was nicely filling.

I'm now going to reduce out the sweetener and spinkle some flax seed, garlic powder, and hemp seeds. And try to make it more like a super food keto bread. Hi Maria, have you ever used Konjac flour? It seems to have a potential for making a no carb/low carb bread. I can't quite get it right. I managed some good pancakes though.
Well, first of all it won't work with those types of recipes. I have tested my PSMF bread variations thousands of times with as many protein powders and flours as you can name and then some. Also, it can cause GI distress in some people, and can raise blood glucose too much for my comfort so I prefer not to use it :)
Can you suggest a beef protein powder other than Equip? They put so much Stevia in their product that there's nothing I can do to mask it and I have that ghastly Stevia taste on my tongue for the rest of the day. I'm using my powdered Collagen Peptides in recipes, even though it doesn't have as much protein. However, it blends well and gives baked items a great consistency.
Question? I just got back my sensitivity check and it says I am highly sensitive to egg whites.. I am being pushed closer and closer to a carnivoire lifestyle, They recommend I stop eating the items that are in red ( high Sensitivity) and egg white are in everything I make? I would love you opinion on this?
Those food sensitivity tests are wildly inaccurate. The best way to identify food sensitivities is by doing an elimination protocol. Eliminate the suspected problem food for several weeks to a month and then slowly reintroduce. If you notice inflammation or symptoms, then you know you are sensitive to that food :)
Wish you would make some recipes without that specific protein powder for those of us unable to afford or can't get it in their country. Also any egg free keto recipes
For the protein powder you can switch it up with almond flour or peanut flour or peanut butter but the texture won't be the same but it works. I had the same issue and it also worked with cream cheese and ricotta. For the eggs you can use cream cheese as well or chia eggs. For me at least it works. Same amount as the listed in the recipes. I make very often these kind of changes because of availability and prices of products. Be sure to taste and adjust sweet and salt because protein powder has some Sweetness extra that other ingredients don't. Hope you succeed in your baking!
I love all your recipes and videos but I’m not so financially sound. When I look up the items you use they are pricey including the appliances. I’m pretty overweight and struggle to lose weight. Keto helps me but recently I’ve noticed how much cholesterol is in a lot of the things I eat that have low carbs. I have a regular blender and regular waffle iron and I’m sure those items will work, but it’s just the ingredients that I can’t afford. Any suggestions on cheaper replacement ingredients?
Just keep it simple :-). I make egg puding as my special meal on the weekend. My only gadget at home is the Dutch oven which I use for virtually for almost everything and a small cheaper blender .
The cheaper blenders, waffle makers and mixers work just fine. You can swap out the high end protein powders for less expensive ones or just look for recipes without them as there are plenty available.

Time to teach Kai to eat with fork and knife :-) lol coming from Europe where we culturally eat with all utensils and some .. I remember when I came to the states I found it really odd that Americans hardly ever use a knife (unless they’re cutting a steak.. and they cut it all up and then put the knife down and eat with the fork)..side note aside, the breakfast looked amazing and Kai is always fun to watch. He’s getting soooo big! Do you keep him mostly on a keto carnivore diet? How do you do when there’s parties out for kids and snacks after football game? How do you keep him away from all the kids sugary treats ? Hope he grew up not liking them so naturally just stays away from it and does binge eat them like so many kids do. Love your channel

@saramarques7986 many keto vegan protein powders include pea protein isolate or a combination of plant protein isolates such as hemp and pea blends

He chooses how he eats. He knows how he feels when he eats sugary junk and isn't a big fan of vegetables so he prefers to eat mostly meat 🙏
