Hi, just a question on the User dashboard i understand that Learndash has its own User Dashboard to see course progresses, manage account etc. are these two automatically connected with the woocommerce learn dash add on or do i need to do something else?
Hi James! Thanks for the help! My question is: What happens if I have a monthly membership where I give access to all my online courses, but I also sell those online courses separately? What happens to a product after someone’s membership expires? Does the product disappear?
Hi James, I have a prob occurs here, I have set my course's subscription setting to exactly like how the tutorial taught. However, I have no idea of why my user can still able to access the courses after the course has meet the recurring date and time. The subscription status is put on "on hold", the new order and "pending payment" is created automatically, but the user can still access to the course without doing any payment. Any idea of where should I look into so that my user will be stopped from accessing the course until they have paid the recurring payment, and we have changed the order status from "on hold" into "completed" after the payment is verified?
I bought a license and I can't connect the license, bad service! Don't you have a chat service? I am a customer who purchased and they don't answer anywhere!!
Thank you for this tutorial. Please, when will there be an integration between Learndash and Woocommerce Memberships? I already have a membership website [powered by WC memberships and wc subscriptions]. I would simply like to offer my courses as a new membership product. Pls when will this be available? Or can it even be done now? If yes, please how? Thanks.
H James, it's a very useful explanation. I have a question, If I'm offering some downloadable products or physical products along with my course. Can I make different variants of the same subscription one with and another without the additional products? Or do i need to create different products to give this offer? Thanks in advance!
Yes you can - but it takes a bit of configuration using LearnDash Groups (and granting access to certain downloads/pages depending on the LD Group that you give access to based on the Woo product purchased).
Okay, so basically you're saying that it doesn't support payment plans, but there is a workaround that you can do with a subscription payment if you turn off the filter for non-payments. So, everyone signing up for the payment plan who cancel halfway through will have to be manually removed from the courses?
Almost, the filer you would use is "learndash_woocommerce_remove_course_access_on_subscription_billing_cycle_completion" There is param to the filter hook so it can be filtered by specific subscriptions criteria. The $subscription param is WC_Subscription object. So failed payment or canceled payments are different hooks and would still act as planned if the above filter is in place.

Is there a way to add/attach LearnDash groups to variable subscription products on Woocommerce?

Following this one, did you solve this already?
+1
Unfortunately, when a subscription changes status to "on hold", user will still have acces to the course. How to fix this?
Great video! Does the set up in paypal work with recurring subsciption too?
Thank you for your webinars it helps me a lot.
