My biggest gripe as Miami fan when it comes to the game against FSU is that we don't have a set date everywhere. As a premier rivalry game in all of CFB, it should be given priority but the ACC continues to drop the ball.
I think there are several reasons. For one, it's an in state game that we hardly ever get to see (the atmosphere will be insane), and it is a cornerstone game for both of these teams because we don't really know what to expect from either of them. ND and A&M will be great, but I think there are other opportunities for Pate to see both teams play

People tend to forget, despite there not being a ton of in-state talent, Tennessee borders EIGHT states within reasonable proximity of the university! That is a unique advantage no other school has! When the program is healthy, Tennessee can recruit as well as anybody!
TN is one of the sneakiest NIL programs....lol. I think you mean one of the hottest, nothing sneaky about it and it isnt an open bank. The coaches, their connection with players, the school atmosphere and other factors makes the difference.

UGA is 1-4 all time vs Texas. Most recent loss to Texas in 2019. UGA at Texas. Don't have much to go on but if Texas can beat Bama in Tuscaloosa by double digits, gotta take Texas at home vs UGA. This game is October 12th. UGA could already have two losses by the end of Oct. 12th. If this happens, Imo, there is a 3rd loss in there from one of these three teams. AU, TN or Ole MIss. @@RB-.- Sark is a brain guy and we said the same thing about Texas a few years ago. Sark is a better offensive mind than anyone at Bama. The only way to beat Bama if you look at the two teams that did beat them last year, key was having an elite passing offense. Bama does not have that, hence the loss last season. OU and WA did. And I'm just not sure Bama's D or secondary will be as good this year as least year. But if that is the case, that passing offense has to be better to beat them. UGA imo, will run into the same issue. You beat Texas using WR's not TE's. And Mike Bobo, if he can't beat Bama, he's not going to beat Texas. For some reason, Texas has always had UGA's number.
