When I bought my house 20 years ago, it already had a folding ladder to the attic which, judging by the look of it, had been there for years already. Hardly an amazing "new" invention.

True. In my parent‘s house is one since 1970. Balcony windows also are old. Also the awnings. Underfloor heating is also old. This channel is just a waste of time.
That’s why he is yelling at us. He has nothing to say.

My house as a child had a folding pull down attic stair. I’m 73. Just saying….

Putting yourself first and THEN help people because that's not selfishness. Selfishness is being excessively concerned with yourself without considering the well-being without regard for others.

an upgrade on the " Easy Mix" would be to motorize it with an integrated electronic timer, that would rotate the drum a couple of times each week, and it would run on solar power. so no power cord needed..

I like the sprinkler system that wets the whole house and area in case of a fire, all cool and dandy, but when the whole neighborhood / town is in danger and everyone is watering their properties, most likely there will be just a drip coming out of that sprinkler, the house, the hose and the sprinkler will be burnt down to the ground

I'm 55 years old. My parents installed a folding ladder to the attic when I was 5. That was 50 years ago. Not exactly a new invention.

Especially the last one was "surprising" to me - in Europe, especially Germany, electric floor-heating is the rarity while water-floor-heating is the norm?!
It is more complex but also has the benefit of "stored energy" (if you turn off the flow of water the water in the tubes still is warm and keeps radiating heat without you having to constantly pump new water through them) which keeps the floor nice and warm or warm far longer than with electric heating (even when considering tiles which also store energy it's still by far better / longer warm with water floor heating compared to electric floor heating which cools out nearly instantly).
also - you don't lay it on the insulation you pour a layer of self-leveling, install the pipes and then "fill" with self-leveling. Hard to maintain but in general mostly without any maintenance needs and rather safe from leaks (plastic can deteriorate but the pipes in the self-leveling are safe from normal mechanical issues like breaking or stuff).

add needs added power to aerate the sludge? hows that saving anything. We have a septic put in back in the 60s its still running fine, pump once every 10=15 years. perfect. plus where are they running the leach lines and can you get permits to run the leach lines?

When i built my house, 25 years ago, i had the heating on the floor ... like in the last "underfloor heating system".
    1) it is not new !!
    2) it is very bad ... we stoped using it ... bad for blood in the leggs.
    3) probably it disapeared because it was bad ... and now reapears ... because it is new.
