Removing the bobbin case from a Singer 201

How to remove and replace the bobbin case on a Singer model 201. This is the process shown on page 33 of the owner's manual which can be found at ismacs.net or page 38 of the one on Singer.com.
Also a tip on adjusting bobbin tension without removing it from the machine.
