Year three you need 9-12 wins. Year four you need 13-15 wins. Year 5 you need 15+ wins AND you have to win a super bowl
I'd love to see these challenges without you trading every pick the team has for the next 3 years after the challenge. That and using 7 year contracts to get players when the challenge is one more year

Gross-Matos is a great player to move to DE. Becomes a 75/76 overall and is a beast in the right system. Also moving Brown to DT is a good move to the Panthers.
