Error when recognizing blocks after gluing them with epoxy. Do you have any know-how when bonding? The machine is using primemill.

Beautiful job, it is safe for the machine, if the epoxy resin collapse, can it broke the glass for of mcx

The regular blocks are also glued to the mandrel - we don't worry about their failure? I have never had the epoxy fail. Just wait a few hours to fully harden before use.

Hello I have a question may I re use for example if I have a telio cad b 40 L I make only two crown, and I have a half of telio that's not used, how I can it re use, it is possible with 5.1 cerec

Yes. Indicate you are using a B40L, and the mill will check the remaining length of the block and software automatically calculates where to start milling. This is easiest case scenario. Don't even need to reposition the restoration in the virtual block - keep it at the beginning as by default.

@@markmovshovich5752 thanks a lot for your tips.
But if I understand well, you are saying a B40 block that had been milled once can be reused as it is?
Won't the machine detect it as a wrong block?
I'm in the case where a milling operation failed on a emax cad b40. There is so much left on the block (about 85% of it),
I would like to re use it effectively.

After milling your restoration with Teliocad, do you end up with a concave shape at the top of the block? If so, I’ve learned that to reuse Teliocad, you have to square off the block until it’s a flat plane (I use a model trimmer). This fixes the error for me

I don't know, maybe - you have to see what block checks and measurements your mill does to see if you can possibly trick the mill.
