I reckon there's a better way. Take the drop and wide run in, rail the berm then get right up and over the little jump (what would be the pedal catcher if you take the inside at the start) next to the tape. From the wide line in this will make it a bit of a shark-fin into the left but straightens that left for max speed through the corner and out of the section! Ben, I would appreciate it if you would demo this for the viewers and ghost it with the previous "fastest" middle line! :)
How long before Cathro-Vision analysis makes it into the RedBull official broadcast? if they have any sense they’ll at least trial Big Ben for some pre-race footage in one of this year’s rounds. I’ll take this insight and value ahead of the regular media-energy-voices every time.
Sadly, while I like the idea personally, RedBull would want it dumbed down slightly to be accessible for a more general audience and it would be worse. Much,much better to keep it as an extra that the true riding geeks can absorb if they want.
