    In my country it is first interview then exam and the good news is that I qualified the interview , your videos are really helpful. But the bad news is don't know Japanese .( Japanese exam is compulsory for undergrad in my country India even though I did specify the interviewer that I don't know Japanese ) .
    Update : I got recommend by Consulate General of Japan in Mumbai . Now the long wait starts for embassy and mext decision.
    I think your videos are awesome .

    I'm preparing for the interview, but what I find odd is how the embassy in my country asks for documents after the exam (before the exam, they only ask for very basic details like name, DOB, just what's needed to make the exam entry) and they ask for a lot of original documents which I'm not comfortable giving them, cuz the guidelines say submitted documents will not returned. What can I do regarding this? And what's your opinion on this?
    P.s. my friend gave her original documents to the embassy last year as she made it to the final screening, but the documents were never returned to her, even if she wasn't awarded the scholarship.

    • @Ashi20-q4s
      @Ashi20-q4s 2 года назад +1

      That's so sad that your friend send her original documents but guys if you have any questions just talk to embassy i also thought about it like how they supposed that we will give our original documents so i just called the embassy and they said they just need attested documents not real ones the attested copies of documents will be consider as original i know it's so confusing

    • @syvanonhboualaphanh1019
      @syvanonhboualaphanh1019 2 года назад

      @@Ashi20-q4s just a few more questions, I'm not too well-versed in this field. What's the differences between attested and non-attested copies? My guess is the attested copies have to be signed by some authority.

    • @Ashi20-q4s
      @Ashi20-q4s 2 года назад

      @@syvanonhboualaphanh1019 yes yes attested ones are signed by authorities you should take signature of someone on authorised position where you have attended your last education like if you are applying for undergraduate program so you should take sign of your last attended school principal and same as graduate program you should take sign by your college i hope this will help you but you should call embassy of your country of you have any doubt although i think it's same for every country but you should confirm the procedure in your country

    they recommend 2000 usd. in your experience, is it enough?
