actually the darkness/glitch is nothing like the metal virus and the cyber corruption and is completely different from the metal virus and the cyber corruption also the darkness/glitch doesn't care about the rules logic and laws of fiction and it doesn't follow the rules logic and laws of fiction and it doesn't care about what powers or abilities you have and it doesn't care about how powerful or strong you are just the fact that you are a fictional character is enough for you to be able to get infected só sonic doesn't stand a chance against the darkness/glitch
