Can you adjust the actuator from left side to right side?

Does the cable hardware come with the dropper or do you have to buy all that separate

On amazon the tranzx dropper lever came with the cables already, but you can buy the tranzx dropper post with the lever and cable stuff for much cheaper on ebay. I should have done my research before buying on amazon for almost $70 more
