You’re at a point in your life where you can’t commit to furniture and you’re on a show about getting into a (hopefully) lifelong commitment? Big, bright red flag on that 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 I don’t know if you watched any of the US series, but even the guys who had apartments but lived like that where they didn’t have plates or real furniture always ended up being the biggest flakes and the ones with cheating or degenerate behavior being exposed after.
@ymdroid73 I haven't watched the US version. I just started watching it now. I realize that the nomadic life style is hard because I met some who was a golf caddy and couldn't continue dating because i need a stablility. My only point was Ben, although "homeless" he may have nice living conditions and not live in squalor. I see your point about his inability to commit. If I met someone like him, there would never be a rushed marriage. Who knows, he could be doing this to save money to settle down and build a home in the future
I swear Nicole pissed me off this whole season. She should have picked the other guy and Sam was too superficial it’s scary, also, I strongly believe Sam doesn’t like black women
sometimes being with a loser previously gives you broken brain for a while. I think she was just scared to pick homeless Ben and also that production pushed for this picking and unpixking of Sam so that they can bring Ben back.
Ben wasn’t giving her any reassurance though. That is why she let Sam take over her brain. Ben screwed up too.
Sam thought she was white and he could not hide his disappointment.
As a WOC myself there's nothing wrong with Sam preferring his own race of women, but I do think the 'I don’t care what anyone thinks' comment was weird. I believe women of color need to subtly state in the pods that they are; I liked how, I think it’s Sabrina, stated that she’s Moroccan North African. So, at the end of the day, if he’s fine dating a woman of color, then great; if not, great she will find someone who will. Obviously, stating your ethnic background kind of ruins the point of 'love is blind,' but in the society we live in today, I think it’s the best solution when going on that show so at least when they meet, it won’t be a shock.
Controversial opinion Sam is not a nice guy. But he could have made his comment as his family is racist. It's pretty common for upper class white people and he went to private school. My partner told me that's pretty common and his parents hated me as I am mixed race 😅

Ugh! Liked her until then. She straight up ignored her instincts.

yes omg and i believe what sam said abt her proposing to hook-up with him, which would kind of contradict her being in it for something serious bc she called it of right after? or she just couldn‘t handle rejection idk.. and later when they all came together (with sam there as well) i kinda felt like she was just playing her part and knew that by kind of playing this ‚sam‘is the villain card‘ (which don‘t get me wrong he is bonkers!!!!) she could come out of it with a stellar representation 😅 something abt her just felt off as well!
