Special programs are only for half and full anniversaries where they'll give insight or tease on more than one upcoming patches for the year into one program.
About the controller support and playing on a console - I need Kuro to add controller support (I'm playing rn on both an android phone and an iPad, so at least for iOS devices) but I really need an estimated release date for the Playstation version of WuWa to be announced sometime soon so I know there's a light at the end of the tunnel lol. I've never played a game this skill based, not even other Playstation games, and I feel really stuck at a certain level with mobile and touch screen commands. I am getting really good at dodging tho lol

About the controller support: The devs. wrote it in some where in the 1.1 patch notes that they intend to fix it in this patch.
