In the Manga it states that Saitama removed his limiter through willpower (The Limiter is something placed in every living creature that stops a being from obtaining Infinite/Unlimited power)
Because Saitama removed his limiter he now has access to Infinite/Unlimited power, but this doesn’t mean he has infinite power because the his power needs time to grow
Example: Say you’ve worked out for 3 years and in the future you work out 10 more years, Your not going to get any stronger than the 3 years bc thats the limit of a human body
