we will use an A.S as an abbreviation, keep in mind this is his base form.
Strength:
-Archie Sonic was capable of destroying a Black Hole that was capable of destroying a whole Solar System, if that wouldn't be enough A.S was fighting Ixis Naugus which was capable of creating a universe (The Zone of Silence = Universe)
-A.S stated himself that he would be able to beat Enerjak Knuckles but he didn't want to kill him so he used his Super form to avoid erasing it, just to destroy the evil from it.
You might ask yourself, how powerful is Enerjak Knuckles?

At this point, the Multiverse is already dead and there would be no reason to continue, but the fanboys will get angry I will.

A.S is SO fast that he can create residual images to attack.
-He was fast enough that he could fight his own shadow. -Overall his speed was able to cross over 1000 univeres with no difficulty, such as he can warp reality.

-Buffing his power through power rings:
This is like a different version of a Zenkai buff for Saiyans.
I declare that Sonic gains a little boost in after de-transforming. (This would be a result as the Power Rings energy being absorbed into A.S's body.)

It is able to take corrupted minds and restore the person to normal.

With this power, he is able to-

This is bullshit, most of the characters here SLAM archie sonic into the ground. TDK is a great example. He became a literal GOD with his IQ and sadistic nature of The Clown Prince of Crime. He robbed an alternate bruce's powers of Dr Manhattan, and became GOD, and TOYED with it. Ultra Sonic doesn't even COMPARE to TDK's abilities.
