- Stanley Hauerwas-- the famed ethicist from Duke whom Time magazine called "America's Best Theologian" in 2001-- discusses the confusion between the "American 'We'" and the "Christian 'We'". Included topics are the Christian call to peace-making, the modern context of war and violence, American history, and the need for honesty about our national sins.
Stanley at his best.

Then find out how much you really know about the Constitution as compared to the Bible. Take our 10-question Constitution Survey at www.bibleversusconstitution.org/ConstitutionSurvey.html and receive a complimentary copy of a book that examines the Constitution by the Bible.
Do you not realize that might have been a cultural thing instead of a transcultural thing?
After four years of Trump presidency, Hauerwas's comment that Obama was a misleading example seems prescient.
