Nice passing and great time, with this route and the amount of people running in the wrong group that's a killer run!!

Keep running, small runs everyday. Keep it easy but keep going. Sign up for a 10k, give yourself a goal (to beat 1hr or even 1hr5mins) and then get a plan. Stick to it and soon you'll be flying .... you were born to do this 😁

Hi 10Kaliyim! Running running running is the secret! The trick is increasing miles running slow and comfortable (to increase aerobic capacity) and adding some weekly speed training (repeats, tempo run, sprints) to increase your anaerobic capacity! Also work on reachable goals... from a 75' 10k aim to 70, then 60, then 55 and so on... that will make your joy of training! Let's go runners!!!

@@yogatrains @robhughes645 you are helpful and kind-hearted people. i had a good rhythm until last week. last wednesday i sprained my ankle in a soccer match. i don't think i will be able to run for a while. hope to be back as soon as possible. thank you both for your answers
