Taking the Road Less Travelled. Mt Lyford NZ the ski resort that delivers a unique alpine experience

We couldn't believe how amazing this little road trip turned out to be. Weather forecasts called for a few days of snow, followed by a beautiful sunny day with no winds. Perfect time to go experience what the small club ski fields of NZ's south island are all about. We chose Mt Lyford as it's been getting consistently good snow this season. Also it offers on the mountain accomodation, with the the Lake Stella Huts. An amazing glamping experience in the mountains.
