ragdoll mover update: scale bones to 0 quick and precise nonphysical bone manipulation

- Also fixed some bugs like not being able to switch gizmo modes from positioning to rotation or scaling, not sending language resource file to clients who don't have ragdoll mover in multiplayer and throwing an error when you try to reset selection to bone with an id of 0 (or root bone) when you didn't have an entity selected.

0:07 hello, hey I have a question, how did you change position when moving ragdoll, normally by default it is towards the front but there you can see that it is in the middle
that's what "localized position gizmo" checkbox does, switches gizmo orientation between world's coordinates and bone's
@@PenolAkushari more or less how would I do that, I've realized that sometimes I do it unintentionally but how do I manipulate it totally? Do you have a tutorial or is there a tutorial that explains it?
@@VALENROC i don't quite get it, manipulate where the arrows point at, or something else? as for changing arrows/rotation discs, there are localized position/angle gizmos checkboxes at the top of the tool's menu, that's the most you can manipulate gizmo angles, to either stick to bone's coordinates or not
