Why the pipeline ransomware attack isn't an example of an attack on an industrial control system is because what got attacked was the billing system and not the actual infrastructure.

This is actually the 2nd hacker's react vid. The first one was cut off YT eventually brought the part of the video back before the stream was cut off. This one was done as a premiere instead of a stream which pleases the almighty YT robot.
