This board does NOT go 40mph. It tops out at 22mph for most people. You have your remote set on kilometers, not miles - which is why your remote says 35 on flat ground. 22mi = 35km
Otherwise pretty decent review. I have this board myself and it’s lightweight and highly capable. Have just over 1200 miles on it and I need to swap out the bearings on the motors - I rode it through a heavy rainstorm the first month and I had it which was a bad idea. But the board kept going strong for many miles before needing repairs, even after essentially submerging it…
Ooooh, OK, that makes sense
Lmao yeah I came here to question those specs. Backfires website agrees with you.
Thanks so much for making this video. You're only a little bit dorky. Definitely not extremely dorky (Like maybe an 8 on a scale of 1-10)
Idk how you can get up to 30's. When i get to 20 i get real sketched out lol. I do ride my trucks pretty loose though.
You're wise. These things are dangerous 🤙🏽
He doesn’t. His remote is set to metric. The board only goes 22mph, and only has a 15mile range which explains the stats he put out.
Hey man, you live in NoVA? I'm a filmmaker in the area...thinking of picking one of these up.
Hey, not far from NoVA. I'm in Delaware but often work in DC. I totally recommend you get one🤙🏽
Solid video, mate! I just scored the X3 and just curious, how the hell did you get it to go 30+mph?
Hey, thanks, man. I struggled to find a video about it that didn't take forever to get to the point. I don't know if the speedometer is accurate, but it says 35 on level ground. I'm skeptical myself. One day I'll have a friend drive next to me to see if the car speedo shows the same
I top out around 22-25 mph....my range after 600 miles is like 8-12 miles...which sucks.....really fun tho
Guy. Kilometers aren't miles. These go 35 KILOMETERS an hour. Which is like 22 MILES an hour.
Im planning to get one, how does it feel going uphill? The campus I'm going to is full of hills.
It definitely goes uphill, no problem at all 👌🏽
