Cannabis saved my life. It treated my depression and anxiety in 6 months than all meds I took in 10 years.
It healed my stiff muscles. I haven't touched any pain killers in nearly a year and finally
It treated my painful arthritis. I no longer take meds and methrotxate which cause fogginess and memory loss
I have a sharp memory. My depression always made me focus on the bad ones. Cannabis helped me focus and remember the good memories and experiences. It is a life changer

I suffer from Diverticulitis flair ups, which can be extremely painful, but I've been using medical cannabis for 2 years now and I have seen a reduction of frequent pains. Not saying cannabis "cured" me, but it did help manage my gastrointestinal inflammation symptoms.

Weed has helped me so much. I had so much pain and anger after my dad left my family. He was narcissistic and bipolar and I was dealing with PTSD from him. I joined the Army after he left and had so much anger and pain buried inside me. I was broke and desperate. I ruined many relationships with girls who honestly loved me and wanted to help me with my problems but I was afraid to let them and reciprocate their love and lashed my inner anger out on them.
But now I am better. I knew I had a problem when I got out the Army and took my anger out on my family. I am still working on myself and slowly becoming more calm and relaxed. I had a lot of PTSD from my dad and the experiences in the Army. I have a loyal and authentic woman who knows I smoke but she accepts it cause she knows I have PTSD.

I'm a veteran that served as a Corpsman in the Marine Corps. With a service related back injury from carrying Marines. Now i sit here just today. I have about 3 episodes of excruciating back pain a month in which i can not walk of function for 2 or 3 days . The VA has even stopped giving opiod pain meds and wants to give Tylenol with codeine. Hardly helps. When i did smoke weed in the past it worked better. Now i live in pain. Hoping one day Texas will legalize it. Or drop the requirements to get medicinal card. Shame that people have to have terminal cancr here in Texas to be able to get it. Meanwhile our only solutuion is damaging pills. I served my country and risked my life to Protect Marines. And i cant CHOOSE to have Marijuana ??? The only thing that rivals my pain right now is the anger at not allowing me to use. This is an ABSOLUTE DISPICABLE TRAVESTY!!!

MOVE!!! Whatever you have to do to move to a cannabis legal or at least a medical cannabis legal state, do it. Check out the laws in New Mexico and even Louisiana. But whatever you must do, move. Or take your chances, as I do. I know that you could lose veterans' benefits if you got caught, but damn it, you're a veteran, and I have to think all sorts of people would come to your aid if you got caught.

Marijuana helped me get less seizures. So I'll gladly do it. Seizures are painful. Makes me embarrassed too. Those who hate me for doing Marijuana i say this "Okay do this. Go to a doctor and get the most i did in one day. (73) If you still think Marijuana would be terrible to do, I'll stop right now". Them hearing how many I would get on bad days (20-30 in a day), they said they would have done anything (even a worse drug like heroine) to stop it.

SSRIS, Benzodiazepines… which i was addicted too (when i was a young teen) i was so done, side effects were horrendous. over 3 full body seizures a day, couldnt eat/no appetite/gastroperesis and insane INSANE nausea. i begged to try mmj after hearing how it helped my fellow encephalitis friends. the stigma around it disgusts me. now here i am and havent had to take a hard core nausea med, 5 months seizure free. and off antidepressants. saved and changed my life. meanwhile just a few years ago inwas told at SCHOOL how “dangerous” cannabis is.

If only they get the correct guidance. Insurance co. Need to jump on board. I have hard time still affording the right doctors or medications the ones we can afford are killing our children will probably kill me. But if I want to get out of bed some days. We need the Drs. And study's. I am a survivor . living with non Hodgkin's and chemo induced neuropathy. Many of us that are on this page know pain. I not complaining looking for pity just explaining, I never wanted to depend6 on meds to get up. I been through back neck several foot surgeries I won't brag on the multi other ones. Haha. But I prided myself to get through the healing continue work and manage with out meds. and after my kids were out smoking and wow I felt like I was in a new life. But at 50 this cancer treatment got my nerve damage and put me down like boom. If anyone has it you know. Like your plugged in a light socket. It's better but I still need help with pain management. When I first met my Dr. For my license I was so 😨 but the Dr. Was happy I was able to have this. I was finally able to get type that help me. My pain management was so happy when I started cutting all my pain meds. I basically got offoff 3 meds. I love to get off all. I lost my daughter 2016 in a acciendly OD. After taking meds just like this. If only this bill had been passed or we could of afforded it than .

Your statement is much more damaging to cannabis than this scientific video. Also the whole concept of having to defend or promote cannabis is not beneficial to humanity. Whoever wants to try it should be able to and whoever hasn’t thought about it naturally or hasn’t been called from within to use it, should not be persuaded to randomly.

My doctor refuses to prescribe cannabis to me for my neuropathic pain. She also refuses to refer me. She has NO interest in me trying it.
So I have to pay the expensive prices for the legal recreational stuff that can sometimes be in short supply.
I get lain in my whole body for days on end. When I have no cannabis, I have to take 5 pills atleast twice a day. What would be better? All those pills with moderate pain relief, or cannabis oils with long lasting efficient relief? The pills are tearing up my insides. The cannabis gives me some manageable dry mouth symptoms, but gives me a whole day of relief, with better sleep, better mood, and slowing my racing thoughts to a managable level so I can speak clearly.
But my doctor doesn't listen. I need prescription so I can stop having to pay these ridiculous prices for medicine that helps me.
