So no, actually there aren't too much Servants, Archer (Fate/Stay Night) And Gilgamesh would be a great option to include in this game.
Arc drive: Do the super input plus B+C Last drive: 2 ways to do this 1) Use 4 magic circuit and press all 4 buttons 2) A+B+C while awakened to go into blood heat and use D to shield an enemy attack, the last drive will activate automatically

NRVNQSR is too overpowered and one of the strongest DAA. Even Vlov Arkhangel avoided fighting him and tried to get stronger by devouring people and killing Arcueid so that he could match him. he wasn't even supposed to be in the original visual novel as he's literally gotten killed by a boy with a knife, when Shiki can't even stand a chance against Vlov without some major back-up (Ciel and Arcueid). even if there was a chance for him to get in, Nasu unfortunately made him dead in the new remake.
