I started my micro braids a few days ago and finished the front half of my head in 4-5hours but completely lost motivation since it looks like it’s already done and I’ve just not been feeling myself the last few days. Watching this now has me gathering my supplies and really has motivated me to finish my head. Thank you for uploading this vid. Don’t think you realize how encouraging it is for me right now. Your braids are beautiful. ❤
I used to do that all the time (start in the front) thinking it would motivate me to keep going. Now, I do the edges all the way around so if I do have to go somewhere or take a few days it will look done in a bun/pony. Lol
Beautiful it’s always such a relief when you spend two days braiding your hair and finally finish. I just love the way that feels afterwards it’s like yeah I don’t have to fool with my hair lol. Great job congratulations on 3k plus. Tfs

I used to do micro braids on myself years ago with human braiding hair. I’ve had a low haircut for 13 years. I’m finally growing my hair out again, trying to get the motivation to do micros on myself again. The prices for someone else to do it crazy. Your video is very motivating. Thank you for sharing.❤

Free-parting makes the braids look so much fuller as opposed to seeing so much scalp w/ uniformed parting. I'm starting my hair today! However, I'll be trying knotless. Great video--thank you for sharing.

Watching you braid your hair brings back so many memories of when I used to be able to braid my own hair...I miss being able to do that so very much, but carpal tunnel syndrome and the subsequent surgery to fix it has made it very very hard to do. You can braid at your leisure & take as many breaks as you need, make them as small as you want 😭😭😭😭😭I'm so sad but your came out beautifully. Gorgeous! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Yes sis, I just put some micros in my hair this week. So many years ago I used to do this but now that I'm natural the bigger braids don't last to my likeness. I'm pushing for the end of September to see how they're looking. Thx for sharing 😇

Evening Candice, I figured it out, I had to cut this prestretched hair on half which made it much more manageable because honestly it tangled alot, that was a turn off to me. Anyway I just finished my micro box braids, praise the lord!! 19 hours. I thank u for ur encouraging videos, it helped along the way. Safe night
Hi Myra, I’m sorry you had troubles with the hair. Synthetic hair tangles a lot especially when you’re braiding it. What I do sometimes is rub some oil on my fingers and massage it into the hair and it helps slightly. This is for future reference. I’m glad you were able to finish your braids. And thank you for your continued support. ❤️
@@CandiceBee Yeah I cut it in half, feather the blunts ends, and spread the Shine Jam, Magic fingers Gel. Girl I love the smell. And I brushed both ends. The hair itself is beautiful, just require lots of patience to manage
I swear when you get to that last braid it feel like you ain't braiding fast enough 😂 I'm going on day 3 now it's Wednesday... hopefully I'm done by friday🤞🏾🤞🏾

just started doing knee length microbraids... been going for 4 days now... but I have only a quarter of my hair left!
