No matter how the pain felt, no matter how their HP lowered, no matter how strong Asriel is, *they never gave up*. The strived on, they refused to break, they refused to give up, they refused to reset, they refused to die. They fought on, no matter how he discouraged them, no matter how their friends hurt them. They saved them, they saved everyone. But Asriel refused, he wanted to win. For once he had his chance, he wasn't letting go. No matter how it hurt him, no matter how it tired him out. But the human insisted, and the human won.
They were soon taken back to when thry battled their mom, thr pain, the agony, they fought through that. Frisk wanted to remind Asriel of that part, they wanted to show him that MERCY is key. They wanted to show that LOVE didn't just mean violence, it also meant love, compassion, care.
Asriel finally got their point, remembering the peace.
He then stopped...
And asked her..
And explained..
Frisk listened, she understood...
...Asriel... Was lonely.. He felt so lonely...
But not anymore.

The end with the “His Theme” came into my head as a scene for a loss scene in a D&D campaign. As the sibling of the BBEG strikes them down and the BBEG gets the chance to reconcile with their sibling.
