How did they come up with such a long yet memorable number?
I've been on a stress management course that was actually worse than that. The leader had a melt down with his assistant and it got amazingly personal. We thought it was roleplay in the beginning but it slowly become clear they were having a collective nervous breakdown.
Real people are often a mess. Yet it seems a surprise when it happens.
