  • Isa na namang masarap na kakanin idea ang ibabahagi ko mga Ka Kusina. Gawa sa kamoteng kahoy ( cassava ), gata, at condensed milk na may grated cheese na topping ang ibibida ko ngayon na panghimagas. Ito ay Kalamay Balinghoy o Kalamay Kamoteng Kahoy na hinalo hanggang sa kumunat. Sabayan ng mainit na kape o kaya ay tsaa may masarap na panghimagas ka na!
    INGREDIENTS:
    41/2 cups grated cassava
    61/2 cups coconut milk
    1 1/2 cups condensed milk
    2 tsp ube extract
    1/4 tsp purple food coloring, ( optional )
    2 tsp butter
    1/2 cup sweetened macapuno
    grated cheese, ( for topping )
