Just an FYI for those planning to visit the Philippines, when you meet an elder like the legend Whang Od... a proper Filipino blessing is highly encouraged. This is called the "Mano". To do so, you take the back of the hand of the elder, slightly bow, and bring the elder's (back of the hand) up to your forehead.

The caterpillar (Hairy caterpillar?) that got on his pants at 7:13 is called Higad in the Philippines. if it's hair/Bristles touch your skin, you'll be scratching all day non-stop and since the hair is thin the itchiness spreads throughout the skin. That's why everyone was like freaking out. It's highly irritating to human skin and no matter what ointment you put it's still very itchy.

Wow the village looks heavily touristy now. I went there the first time in 2014 to get a tattoo, and there were only nature and culture (they also gave every person individual torn for free which they can take home as a keepsake). There were no more than 10 tourists a day that time. So happy I was able to experience it.

She's no longer doing tats for designs only her grandchildren.
She no longer does designs. Thankfully, I got my design done by her.
She still does though but I think depending on her mood , when we went on march we were told she only does her signature but I guess she was so happy with the personal items we gave her she did us (me and my other 2 friends) a design
