Food grade sanitary LIQUID CHILLER for potable water, juice, and other liquid food products.
A Chester Jensen INSTANT CHILLER, with three 60 by 44 inch chill plate for rapid cooling of juice, drinking water, food process water / process loop water or solutions, and other food grade sanitary potable liquids.
FEATURING:
~ (3) stainless steel chill plates each 60 inches long by 44 inches top-to-bottom. Product cascades down the plates in a laminar flow for rapid liquid chilling.
+ The expanded gas evaporator plates are formed contain (32) 1 inch tubes, for Freon or glycol cooling.
+ Each plate has top and bottom 1 5/8" ID coolant media inlet and outlet tubes.
+ Originally shipped with (2) evaporator plates, one has been added for a total of three installed, with cabinet space to add a fourth plate if so desired (not included).
~ Fully enclosed falling film cascade chamber to eliminate product contamination with removable panels on three sides to allow excellent access for cleaning and sanitation.
~ 3 inch threaded product inlet at a 90 inch infeed height.
~ Insulated bottom collection tank with 3 inch Tri-clamp product outlet at a 12 inch discharge height.
~ Overall dimensions of 78 inches long by 33 inches wide by 92 inches high.
